With support from our donors, RESULTS volunteers in over 100 U.S. cities along with affiliate organizations in nine countries achieve great things.
RESULTS’ 2011 Successes
- A U.S. pledge of $450 million over three years to the GAVI Alliance. The U.S. contributions and those of other governments, will vaccinate over a quarter of a billion children in the next four years and save over four million lives.
- A proposed $340 million increase to Head Start and Early Head Start, enabling these programs to educate 968,000 low-income children and families in the U.S.
- A first-ever U.S. pledge of $20 million to the Global Partnership for Education, the leading initiative for educating all the world’s children. This step is part of a 3-year effort to put 25 million children in school, and will be a basis for leveraging more U.S. resources next year.

Year-End Giving Tips
- Remember to keep receipts for gifts of $250 or more to file with your tax records.
